Why did you pick this profession?
Healthcare is very interesting to me, but I did not want to work directly with patients. HIM has been a great fit for me!
What do you enjoy the most about being in the HIM field?
It is very diverse and I am challenged every day! I have always leaned towards science and technology. I enjoy working with people and working independently and this profession offers both.
What is your favorite way to spend a weekend?
Getting all my “stuff” done and then spending time with family/friends doing various activities.
