NYHIMA Bylaws Update

The NYHIMA Board is proposing changes to the NYHIMA Bylaws. The following is proposed: Replace the Communications Director board position with a Second Year Education Director board position. NYHIMA is proposing this change to meet the various educational needs of NYHIMA members.
