Connie Renda has been in the HIM industry for over 25 years. Connie joined Verisma in January 2023, connecting the health information and revenue cycle industry as a trusted partner and thought leader. She’s also a program director and professor of HIT at Mesa College, and a member of AHIMA and CHIA. Connie has a BA from Santa Clara University in psychology, a MA from SDSU in psychology and statistics, and a MA from the College of St. Scholastica in HIM and healthcare informatics.

Darin Challacombe, Ph.D., SHRM-CP; Director of Learning and Development, Verisma

Darin Challacombe has worked in the HIM and ROI fields for six years and has been in education for over 20 years. Darin’s experience includes work in nonprofit, government, and private business spaces. He currently serves as secretary of AHIOS. Darin has a Ph.D. in psychology from Northcentral University, and a MA and BA in psychology from Fort Hays State University.
