Why did you pick this profession?
I want to help providers deliver better patient care by ensuring that they always have the crucial information that they need.
What do you enjoy the most about being in the HIM field?
HIM encompasses several disciplines—medical, financial, regulatory, and compliance. The need for career-long learning, as well as the rapidly changing nature of HIM, ensures that there is never a dull moment in this field.
What is your favorite way to spend a weekend?
Catching up on some podcasts and attempting to cook a recipe that I haven’t tried before.
