RRHIMA Annual Picnic

It is PICNIC time again.  It has been a year since we were last together in person and we can’t wait to see all of you.   This year our FY2022 ICD-10-CM/PCS and Coding Guidelines Update will take the form of a “College Bowl”  with a team of MCC Alums competing against a team of  “Other Colleges” Alums to find out who knows the most about the FY 2022 Coding and Coding Guideline Updates.  If you want to be on one of the teams let us know.  We will send you a study packet of all the updates and the contact information for your other teammates so you can get together via ZOOM and prepare.

The picnic and the education session are FREE for all 2021-2022 RRHIMA dues paying, emeritus members and student members.  For all others the cost is $20.  (So if you aren’t a RRHIMA member, STOP.. Go to rrhima.org and complete the membership form online and pay your dues, then you can attend for free and get member rates on RRHIMA education programs for the rest of the year.)

Directions:

• I-490 E to 1-590 S to Exit 2B – NY 31 E/Monroe Ave and merge onto Monroe Ave. (NY-31E) towards Pittsford, turn right on Clover St (Rt 65S) and go 2.5 miles and turn left NY-252 E and the entrance to King Bend Park will be just ahead on the left. Follow signs to North Lodge

• I-390 E to I-590 N to Exit 2 NY-31E/Monroe Ave toward Pittsford turn right onto Monroe Ave (NY-31E) towards Pittsford, turn right on Clover Str (NY-65 S) and go 2.5 miles and turn left onto NY252 E and the King Bend Park entrance will be on the left. Follow signs to North Lodge.

When:    Tuesday, August 31, 2021 from 4:00pm – 7pm  

What:     4:00pm – 4:30 pm – Gather, Visit, Relax  

               4:30pm – 4:45pm – Welcome and a short RRHIMA Update

               4:45pm – 5:45pm –  FY2022 ICD-10-CM/PCS and Coding Guidelines Update (College Bowl Style)

               5.45pm – 6:30pm – Picnic – Subs, salads, cookies, lemonade, ice tea, and water

               6:30pm – 7pm – Prizes, Clean up and Good-byes
